美国发明专利答辩及电话会议案例分享

一个和审查员博弈了7次, 一路爱恨情仇，无论怎么答复，他都能变着法子结合对比文件或者找到新的对比文件，如果克服了，那就再检索几个送你，看谁先受不了，可惜审查员这次磕上错的美国代理律师和申请人了，他怎么都没想到这些人越挫越勇了，*后还把案子折腾到审查员主管及美国专利Quality Review部门去了（审核--审查员的审查程序，及审查案子上是否公平公正）才争取到授权，实属不易, 值得分享。
